Anthony L Rogers

Anthony L “Tony” Rogers is one of the founding partners of Springfield Holdings Group and holds the position of Director of Development for the group. Mr. Rogers has over 25 years of experience in the development industry and has been involved in the successful planning, financing, design, permitting, and construction of over two million square feet of retail, residential, and governmental development projects throughout the United States.
While managing the Dallas office for Springfield Holdings Group, Mr. Rogers oversees the real estate development operations for the company and is directly responsible for the day-to-day development activities of the companies’ projects.
Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas and has completed graduate course work in real estate, finance, management, accounting and economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Certified Commercial Investment Member institute (CCIM), and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

Jeffery A. Nicholas
Director of Acquisitions

Heading up the Little Rock office of Springfield Holdings Group, Jeff attended Oklahoma State University where he earned a BS in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Jeff moved to Kansas City, Missouri and joined Block & Company, Realtors. Jeff began as an office leasing and sales broker, and eventually was moved to the industrial real estate department where he was responsible for leasing institutionally owned multi tenant office/warehouse and high tech /flex properties.

In 1990, Jeff relocated back to Oklahoma and joined with family members in Nicholas Commercial Real Estate where he concentrated on commercial real estate development and brokerage. Jeff has over 30 years of real estate development experience completing projects throughout the south central U.S. Jeff has transacted all types of commercial properties including multi-family, office, industrial, and retail. Jeff is experienced in corporate retail site selection, and has completed hundreds of projects with retailers throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri and Texas.

Jeff is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Oklahoma, and Arkansas. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1996 and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

In 2004 Jeff and Tony joined forces to create Springfield Holdings Group, LLC, The focus of the company is single tenant retail development throughout the Mid South.
